Online Monitor Technician

This class is all online and does not require onsite skills training. You will learn to read EKG strips to be able to monitor cardiac rhythm strips and to work in the cardiac monitor department.

• You must have a computer- PC, MAC, CHROME BOOK, or laptop to take this class. Cell phones and Ipads are not supported  for Google Classroom.
• Requirements:  Requirement instructions are sent in the student registration packet.
• Required: High School diploma or GED and background check
• You will need an AHA BLS Provider card (you will receive a student discount if you take your CPR class with us) to work in any of the local hospitals an AHA BLS CPR card will be required and shot records. We will not require shot records for the class but you are advised that they will be required to work in the local hospitals. (HepB, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, current TB test and Covid 19 immunizations)
