Requirements: 

• Shot records (HepB, MMR, Tdap, Varicella, flu when in season and covid19 shot records are required
• AHA BLS cpr card
• Background check
• You must have a computer PC, MAC, Chrome Book, or laptop to take this class. Cell phones and IPads are not supported  for Google Classroom.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CLINICAL SITES ARE REQUIRING COVID 19 SHOT RECORDS
