Requirements: 

Shot records (HepB, MMR, Tdap, Varicella, flu when in season and covid19 shot records are required)

• AHA BLS cpr card
• Background check
• You must have a computer PC, MAC, Chrome Book, or laptop to take this class. 

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CLINICAL SITES ARE REQUIRING COVID 19 SHOT RECORDS
